During the early day when Anti-Corruption Bureau was established on 1 February 1982, the Bureau was temporarily located at the Diplomatic Services Office, Bandar Seri Begawan until it had its own office at Block F5, Berakas old Airport Road on25 February 1982. In order to accommodate the increase of its workforce, Anti-Corruption Bureau on 22 Jun 1987 moved to 3rd Floor of RBA Plaza, at Jalan Sultan, Bandar Seri Begawan. Anti-Corruption Bureau continued to grow and now has its own permanent office located at Berakas old Airport Road area. Anti-Corruption Bureau moved to its permanent office on the 13th March 1992.

In August 1, 1987, Anti-Corruption Bureau opened its Kuala Belait Branch office at No 88 Jalan Bendahara, Kuala Belait on temporary bases. On 23 Disember 1991, Anti-Corruption Bureau Kuala Belait Branch moveto its Permanent office at Simpang 3, Jalan Sungai Pandan, Kuala Belait.

During the early day of its formation in February 1 1982, the Bureau only had a few number of investigators and administrative staffs with one Director, Yang Mulia Dato Paduka Awang Haji Mohd Ali bin Haji Daud. Some of investigation officers during then were made up of the senior officers of the Royal Brunei Police Force
